Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The original deposit can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but the bonus will be forfeited.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus will be awarded only once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be used to apply for another bonus.
- Additional promotions may be available through the use of bonus codes — each promotion will have its own terms.
- If any misuse of a bonus is detected (bonus arbitrage, use of bots, etc.), the account will be terminated.

- Accessing another person's account or playing on behalf of a third party;
- Exploiting any technical error on the platform.
Account Suspension and Termination
aj44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms;
- Registering with false information or failing identity verification;
- Participating in prohibited activities;
- Security review required for an investigation;
- Account closure at the user's own request.
In the event of account termination, the eligible balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned to the user, unless there is a basis for forfeiture due to a breach of terms.
